Plastic windows Brillant Design 5 chambers

5-chamber system with 70 mm wide profiles – windows made with great attention to minute details, able to meet the most difficult requirements of clients who want not only technical parameters, but also functional features and attractive design.

Using Rehau-Brilliant-Design profiles in windows opens a great number of possible solutions. It offers a nearly unlimited palette of colours and shapes. Smooth arches, rounded edges, and small angles make the windows created using these profiles look modern and professional. The 5-chamber structure using the insulation characteristics of air and a 70-millimetre width of profiles guarantees the best thermal insulation parameters. RehauBrilliant-Design system windows are especially recommended for low-energy houses, in adding thermal insulation and for higher-standard buildings.

Modern design

Rehau-Brilliant-Design profile windows look stylish and have a harmonious outline formed by the rounded edges and profile angles – (frame: R3, 20; outside casement: R15, 20°, inside casement: R4, 90°). A 20 mm groove cap protects the edge of the insulated glass from harmful UV radiation. This minimizes the danger of damaging the frame and the consequential “sweating” of glass. The smooth external surfaces and outlines guarantee that Rehau-Brilliant-Design profile windows look good in any building.

Higher thermal insulation and excellent tightness

The high energy efficiency of windows made using these profiles enables a lowering of heating costs; which is indirectly connected with protection of the environment. Thanks to the 20 mm window frame groove cap there is a 7 mm adherence area for the seal which, combined with the internal 8 mm seal, protects from draughts, dust and penetration by precipitation water (A, B and C load groups).

Acoustic insulation

The use of up to 41 mm thick insulated glass gives excellent protection against external noise. Such windows can meet the extreme requirements of acoustic insulation up to class 5 noise insulation.

Durability and reliability

The solid and tested RAUPVC material used for the profiles, together with the large section galvanized steel reinforcement, is a guarantee of reliability and stability of the windows. The bearing elements of fittings are fixed with 3 PVC walls or by using additional steel reinforcements. This ensures a reliable transfer of loads exerted by the weight of the casement.

Comfort of handling

Rehau-Brilliant-Design system windows are easy to operate. The 3 mm gap between the casement and window frame means fail-safe operation. he use of Roto fittings makes opening and closing of windows very easy. ue to the shortened wall on the inside part of the casement there are no problems with opening even the small windows. A smooth, angled frame base groove means it is easy to clean the windows.

Anti-burglar protection

The design of Rehau window profiles enables the use of special, reinforced elements of window fittings and other anti-burglar solutions (anti-burlglar protection up to class 3).
